Prices

• Prices are given in UK pounds and are for the whole property rental.  Prices include Egyptian cotton bed linen, towels, gas and electricity, and a parking voucher for one car allows free on-street parking in Portland Place and other zone 7 areas.

• Short breaks can be taken as a long weekend - (3 nights; Friday to Monday) or a mid-week break (4 nights; Monday to Friday).   The 3 night weekend break allows guests who can only stay Friday and Saturday night to enjoy the use of the flat for all of Sunday before their departure (normal departure time is 10am).  If you want to stay a different combination of nights, please call us for charge, but the following is an indication of cost:
  

Booking Procedure

• We have only recently bought the flat, and so have a lot of availability, including during school holidays.  Please contact us with details of your preferred dates. 

• A provisional booking can be held for a few days to allow for the booking deposit to be sent either through online banking or by cheque.  Alternative arrangements can be made for overseas guests.  At the time of booking, we will take your names, ages if under 25, postal address, email address and phone numbers, including mobile if available. All personal contact details are kept in strictest confidence and never passed on to any other person, organisation or company.  We shall write to confirm receipt of your deposit and the date by which the remainder (if any) is due.

• A deposit of a half the total amount (50%) is payable on booking with the balance due 8 weeks before the start date. If the booking is made less than 8 weeks before the rental starts, then the whole fee is due on booking.  We will confirm receipt of the full payment, with directions to the apartment.

• A week before your visit, we will send you the code for the keys
   
• A security deposit of £100 is also payable along with the balance fee, eight weeks before the holiday. It is refunded once the keys and parking voucher are accounted for, usually within a few days of your departure.  Reasonable deductions are made for lost keys, lost parking vouchers, breakages or any excessive cleaning

 Restrictions

• Sorry, no smoking, pets, stag or hen parties.
• Regretably we cannot allow children under 7 years old.
• No more than 4 guests permitted.
• As a courtesy to neighbours in the apartments above and below, we request that noise is kept to a minimum at all times but especially after 11pm.
• Clients are requested to leave the apartment clean and tidy.
