Booking Procedure

• Please check the table below for availability then contact the owners with details of your preferred dates, names, ages if under 25, postal address, email address and phone numbers, including mobile if available. All personal contact details are kept in strictest confidence and never passed on to any other person, organisation or company.
• A provisional booking can be held for a few days to allow for the booking deposit to be sent.
• A deposit of one third is payable on booking with the balance due 8 weeks before the start date.
• If the booking is made less than 8 weeks before the rental starts, then the whole fee is due on booking.
• A security deposit of £100 is also payable along with the balance fee, eight weeks before the holiday. It is refunded once the keys and parking voucher are returned. Deductions are made for lost keys, lost parking vouchers, breakages or any excessive cleaning required.

Restrictions

• Sorry, no smoking, pets, stag or hen parties.
• Regretably we cannot allow children under 7 years old.
• No more than 4 guests permitted.
• As a courtesy to neighbours in the apartments above and below, we request that noise is kept to a minimum at all times but especially after 11pm.
• Clients are requested to leave the apartment clean and tidy

Prices and availability

• Prices are given in UK pounds and are for the whole property rental.
• Prices include Egyptian cotton bed linen, towels, gas and electricity.
• A parking voucher for one car allows free on-street parking in Portland Place and other zone 7 areas
• Short breaks of 3 or 4 nights are not availalble during school holidays. From Easter to the end of October preference is given to clients booking for 7 nights and therefore, during those months, short breaks are only released for booking 6 weeks before the holiday. We are happy for clients to express an interest and can sometimes be flexible.
